Sinds enkele maanden gebruik ik de Sishake iin combinatie met de MSM poeder. Mijn haar is gezond, Ik merk dat ik bij het kammen minder haar verlies. Mijn nagels zijn sterk en groeien nu ook harder dan ooit. Overigens smaken alle shake varianten delicious!. My favorites are forest fruit and vanille.
